Destination 1.5 Insert Installation and Operation Manual

Using a power driver with a hex head 5/16" (8 mm), secure the base with 3 screws (D) on each
side of the insert.

Install the 4 leveling bolts (E) in the nuts located at the bottom of the insert with a 1/2" (13 mm)
wrench.
