Pressurized Flow Center and Pump
Mounting
The flow center can be mounted with the flow paths
either vertical or horizontal (see Figure 9). However,
the flow center can not be mounted on its back,
upside down, or at an angle, as premature pump
failure will occur when the pump shaft is not in the
horizontal position.

Terminal Box Orientation
Equally important to pump longevity is terminal box
orientation. See Figure 10 for proper control box
orientation.

The terminal box must be located in a position to
avoid condensation from running into the control
box, and also to take advantage of the “weep holes”
designed to drain any condensation that may have
formed (see Figure 11). Weep holes are located on
three sides of the pump.
