1. Remove the contents from the shipping box.
2. Rotate the uprights into position.
3. Secure from the sides using one M8 x 52 mm Bolt and one
Φ
8 mm Washer. Secure from the front using
two M8 x 18 mm Bolts and two
Φ
8 mm Washers.
4. Attach upright base cover to the rear of the upright, Secure with one
Φ
4 x 15 mm screw.
5. Rotate the handlebar into position.
6. Secure from the upside using one M8 x 45 mm Bolt and one
Φ
8 mm Washer.
7. Attach handle bar cover to the upper of right upright, and secure from two sides using two
Φ
4 x 15 mm
screws. Then attach handle bar cover to the upper of left upright, and secure from two sides using two
Φ
4 x 15 mm screws.
8. Attach the water bottle holder to the console housing-upper and push down until snap in place.
A. After assembly, the base frame can be adjusted to accommodate slightly uneven ground. Turn the
adjustment knobs on the bottom of the base frame to level the treadmill to the floor.
B. To fold the treadmill for storage first be sure that the deck is at the lowest incline level. Simply lift the
deck up from the rear of the treadmill and fold up as shown in figure B1 until it locks in place. TO
PREVENT INJURY BE SURE YOU HAVE A FIRM HOLD WHEN RAISING THE DECK. You will hear a
“click” sound as the lock engages as shown in figure B2.

C. To unfold the treadmill for use stand behind the treadmill and support the deck with your hands. Next
release the lock with your foot by stepping on the release lever as shown in figure C1. TO PREVENT
INJURY BE SURE YOU HAVE A FIRM HOLD ON THE DECK BEFORE RELEASING THE LOCK.
Slowly lower the deck as shown in figure C2 until it rests securely on the ground.
