To make a recording simply twist the cover until the opening lines up
with the gray rubber record button (see illustrations). Next depress
the record button and speak your message from six to eight inches
away from it. When finished recording release the record button. You
have a maximum record time of ten seconds.

Turn the Wrist Talker over, and then carefully remove the black Velcro
wrist strap (see illustrations). Next with one hand turn the unit back
over, catch the white disk and voice module in your other hand as it
drops out. There are three tabs on the voice module that need to be
depressed in order to replace the batteries. Hold the voice module
with the speaker side facing down. Next with your thumb nail press in
and lift gently on the three tabs on the sides of the cove one at a
time.

Please Note: On the body of the voice module you will see three
groves, just above them are the tabs you need to depress (see
illustrations). Once this is done the cover should lift off. Observing
proper (+) and (-) battery polarity, install three LR44 button cell
batteries into the holders (+ side facing up). Replace the speaker and
circuit board, making note to line up the grove in the speaker and
circuit board with the grove in the white casing (see illustrations). If
this is not done the unit will not go back together properly.

To play back your message slid the cover plate back so that the
microphone is showing through the opening in the cover. Next
depress the center white button.

When placing the recording modal back into the wrist holder face the
speaker side towards you. Next place the round disc in place and
feed the wrist strap through both slots. When the wrist talker is on
your wrist the speaker should be facing down towards your wrist and
the message play-back button should be facing up on top.

according to the instructions and illustration sheet.

is installed incorrectly and/or one is weak/dead.

Action #3: Disconnect the power by removing one of the batteries for 20
seconds in order to reset the unit. Re-install the batteries. If the unit
does not work correctly, replace all the batteries paying careful attention
to proper polarity.

non-abrasive cleaner and disinfectant.
