BLOWER REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT

14.  Slide the burner to the right and lift out.

 See Figure 46.

 

NOTICE: 

Sliding the burner to the right ensures that the 

orifice disengages from the venturi.

15.  Remove the two screws securing the “air box” to the rear of 

the firebox. Remove the “air box” and set aside.

16.  Remove the 18 screws securing the blower access panel to 

the firebox and set aside. Remove the blower access panel 

and set aside. 

See Figure 48.

17.  Pull blower far enough through the blower access hole to 

disconnect the wires at the connectors. 

See Figure 49. 

Once 

the wires are disconnected, remove blower completely and 

discard.

19.  Install the replacement blower, and re-install the insert by 

reversing the above steps.
