General Information
Assembly of the patio heater should be carried out by persons who have been instructed with regard to the
regulations and safety measures.
• Please read through this manual before assembly and first operation
• Assembly of the gas heater and storage of the propane cylinders must be carried out in accordance with valid legal provi-
sions.
• The assembly of this appliance must be carried out by a knowledgeable person.
• Use only in well-ventilated areas. In a well-ventilated area, at least 25% of the surrounding area must be clear. The surroun-
ding area equals the sum of the wall areas.
• The use of the gas heater in closed rooms can be hazardous and is prohibited.
• This gas heater may not be used to heat residential buildings.
• The gas heater may not be used in basements or below ground levels.
• This gas heater does not have an atmospheric sensor. It should only be used to heat well-ventilated buildings used as ani-
mal stables or in outdoor areas.
• Use only the type of gas and cylinder specified by the manufacturer.
• Do not place objects on or near this appliance.
• Do not store chemicals, flammable materials or aerosol sprays in the vicinity of the gas heater.
• Never operate this gas heater in explosive atmospheres, for example in the vicinity of stored petrol or other flammable
liquids or gases.
• Protect the hot glass tube from rain, water splashes or anything else that could cause a sudden change in temperature
which may cause the tube to break or shatter.
