INTRODUCTION
Reference standards
These operating instructions are an integral part of the clamping awning described in section General
information on page 40 and is intended to ensure correct use and maintenance of the product.
The operating instructions should always remain complete and should be kept in an easily accessible place
for the service life of the clamping awning. If the product is passed on to third parties, these
instructions for use must also be handed over.
If the operating instructions are lost or damaged, the customer must request a new copy from his dealer, stating the
key product data and the reason for the need for a replacement.
The manufacturer reserves the right to update the production method and the operating instructions without
having to adapt the previous production method and operating instructions. The manufacturer reserves
all rights to these operating instructions: any copying or reproduction – even in part – is not permitted without written
permission.
These operating instructions were prepared in accordance with section 1.7.4 of Directive 89/392/EEC, taking the
normal conditions of use of the product into account, in order to inform installers/users about residual risks in
addition to the other information mentioned on the product.
The SYMBOLS used in these operating instructions are described below.
