indoor or outdoor readings.
Maximum / minimum memory
Press MEM button repeatedly to view the maximum, minimum & current
values of temperature, humidity, heat index or dew point readings. To
clear the memory record, hold MEM button while the respective values are
displaying on screen.
Auto-scrolling display
Press [Next >] repeatedly until the “AUTO”, “ON / OFF” icons appear. Press
[MODE] to select Auto On or Off.
“AUTO OFF”
Auto-scrolling display mode is disabled
“AUTO ON”
Auto-scrolling display mode is enabled. Display will change
between TIME, INDOOR & OUTDOOR mode automatically
and
the “AUTO” icon will stay on the right of the display.
Clock & calendar
1. Press NEXT > to select TIME display mode and the “TIME” icon will appear
above the clock.
2. Press MODE to toggle between clock, alarm time, calendar, year and day
of the week.
3. Hold [CLOCK] button to enter clock setting mode. Using [+] or [-] to adjust
and [CLOCK] to confirm, the following values can be set in sequence:
12/24hr format > Hr > Min > Yr > D/M or M/D format > Month > Date >
Weather Forecast > EXIT
Home time, world (zone) time
Hold ZONE to enter world (zone) time setting mode. Press [+] or [-] to enter
the desired hour offset value from -12 to +12 hours. Press CLOCK to confirm
and exit.
Press ZONE button to toggle between home (radio-controlled) time and
world (zone) time. ZONE icon appears when world (zone) time is selected.
When zone time is not used, keep zone time to “0”.
Alarm
1. In TIME display mode, press MODE repeatedly until the “ALARM” icon
appears to show the alarm time.
2. To enable or disable the daily alarm, press ALARM repeatedly. Bell icon
appears when alarm is enabled.
3. Hold [ALARM] to enter alarm time setting mode. Press [+] or [-] to enter
the desired Hr/ Min values and press ALARM to confirm setting.
SNOOZE & BACKLIGHT
When alarm is going off, press SNOOZE/LIGHT button on the top of the unit
to trigger snooze alarm and the bell icon will flash indicating it is in the
snooze mode. Press any other key to stop alarm for one day.
Press SNOOZE/LIGHT for an extended backlight.
Press LIGHT ON/OFF to turn on or off the continuous backlight when adapter
is connected.
Low battery indication
Low battery indication is available for the home unit itself and all of the 3
remote channels. Replace the batteries and follow the setup procedure in
this instruction manual.
Battery disposal
Replace only with the same or equivalent type recommended by the
manufacturer.
Please dispose old, defective batteries in an environmentally friendly manner
in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Care and maintenance
The product is designed to serve you for years when you will handle it in the
correct way. Here are some tips for correct handling:
• Do not expose the product to direct sunshine, extremely cold, damp
conditions or sudden temperature changes (it may reduce the accuracy
of measuring).
• Do not place the product on places which may be subject of vibration or
shaking. It may damage the product.
• Do not expose the product to excessive pressure, shock, dust, high tem-
perature or dampness – they may damage the product, its batteries or its
plastic parts.
• Do not correct or modify the internal circuit, it may be damaged. As a result
of that warranty would be terminated. The product should be repaired by
a qualified person only.
• To clean the product use only damped soft cloth. Do not use any solvent;
it may damage the plastic parts.
• Do not attempt to service any parts of this product. Refer all servicing to
the store where the product had been bought.
• Keep out of reach of children. This product is not a toy.
• Remove flat batteries. Leakage could damage the product. Use only new
batteries of the correct type. Make sure you put them according to right
polarity.
• Do not dispose of accumulator in fire, do not disassemble or short circuit.
