Battery installation
1. Open the battery compartment on the back side of the thermo-hygrometer.
2. Insert 1 pc of 1,5V battery, type AAA, according to the polarity indicated on the bottom of the compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment.
Temperature unit
The default measurement for temperature is °F, press the °C/°F button to toggle between °C and °F.
Maximum and minimum temperature
1. Press the TEMP/MAX/MIN button once to display the maximum readings. Press the TEMP/MAX/MIN button
again to display minimum readings.
2. To clear the memory, press the CLEAR button when the Max/Min temperature is displayed. It will clear the record
of the shown field.
Maximum and minimum humidity
1. Press the HUMIDITY/MAX/MIN button once to display the maximum readings. Press the HUMIDITY /MAX/MIN
button again to display minimum readings.
2. To clear the memory, press the CLEAR button when the Max/Min humidity is displayed. It will clear the record
of the shown field.
Indoor humidity
Humidity is the amount of water vapour in the air. Health problems come up in humidity levels that are too dry or
too wet. This thermo-hygrometer will help you to monitor the humidity level in your household, so that adjustments
can be made as necessary. The comfort zone scale identifies the optimum humidity level for comfort and health.
Maintaining humidity in the IDEAL range keeps your home at the right level to prevent health problems.

Care and maintenance
The product is designed to serve you for years when you will handle it in the correct way. Here are some tips for
correct handling:
• Do not place the product on places which may be subject of vibration or shaking. It may damage the product.
• Do not expose the product to excessive pressure, shock and dust – they may damage the product, its batteries
or its plastic parts.

• Nu expuneţi produsul la presiune excesivă, izbituri şi praf - ar putea provoca defectarea funcţionalităţii produsului,
deteriorarea bateriilor şi deformarea componentelor de plastic.
• Nu amplasaţi pe termometru surse de foc deschis, de ex. lumânare aprinsă etc.
• Nu amplasaţi termometrul în locuri fără flux de aer îndestulător.
• Nu interveniţi la circuitele interne ale produsului - s-ar putea provoca deteriorarea lui şi încetarea automată a
valabilităţii garanţiei. Produsul poate fi reparat doar de un specialist calificat.
• Pentru curăţare folosiţi o cârpă fină uşor umezită. Nu folosiţi diluanţi sau detergenţi - ar putea zgâria părţile de
plastic şi întrerupe circuitele electrice.
• Nu scufundaţi produsul în apă nici în alte lichide.
• La deteriorarea sau defectarea produsului nu efectuaţi singuri nici un fel de intervenţii. Predaţi-l pentru reparare
în magazinul în care l-aţi procurat.
• Amplasaţi produsul în afara accesului copiilor – nu este jucărie.
• Îndepărtaţi bateriile uzate – ar putea să curgă şi să deterioreze produsul. Folosiţi doar baterii de tipul celor
recomandate, iar la înlocuirea lor respectaţi polaritatea corectă.
• Nu aruncaţi acumulatorul în foc, nu-l dezmembraţi sau scurtcircuitaţi.
• Acumulatorul uzat devine deşeu periculos – nu-l aruncaţi la deşeuri comunale obşnuite, predaţi-l la bazele de
recepţie – de ex. la magazinul în care aţi cumpărat produsul.
AVERTIZARE: Conţinutul acestor intrucţiuni poate fi modificat fără avertizare prealabilă – din cauza posibilităţilor de
tipar limitate simbolurile reproduse pot fi uşor diferite faţă de cele afişate pe ecran – conţinutul acestor instrucţiuni
nu poate fi multiplicat fără acordul producătorului.
