4.7 Charge the battery
If the
Battery Low
indicator illuminates when you turn on the GDU-01-TT,
Emerson recommends fully charging it before use.
Procedure
Plug the charger into the charging socket (orientation tab ensures correct
polarity) and charge for eight hours to ensure the full charge cycle.
Ensure that the rotary switch is in the Off position to ensure that the
transmitter fully charges.
The mains connector illuminates to show power is connected, and the
battery charge indicator will illuminate to show the charge cycle has began.
When the battery charge indicator goes off, the charge cycle is complete.
