This Manual Is Designed to Make it as Easy as Possible for You

to Assemble, Install, Operate and Maintain Your Ceiling Fan

Tools Needed for Assembly

One Phillips head screwdriver

One stepladder

Three wire connectors (supplied)

One wire stripper

Four AAA alkaline batteries
Three 25-watt (max.) candelabra base bulbs
Three 40-watt (max.) candelabra base bulbs

Unpacking Instructions

For your convenience, check-off boxes are provided next to each step. As each step is completed,
place a check mark in the box. This will insure that all steps have been completed and will be helpful in
finding your place should you be interrupted.

1. Unpack the items carefully to avoid damage to any

of the components.

NOTE: If you are uncertain of part description,
refer to exploded view illustration.

2. Check to see that you have received the following parts:

a. Fan motor assembly
b. One ceiling cover
c. Five fan blades
d. One upper light glass bowl
e. One lower light glass bowl
f. One hanger ball/downrod assembly
g. One SR110 Remote Control
h. One SW105 Receiver
i. One loose parts bag containing:

1. One clevis pin
2. One hairpin clip
3. Seven wire connectors
4. Two #8 external tooth lockwashers
5. Two #8-32 knurled knobs
6. Two 8-32 x 1-1/4” threaded studs
7. Sixteen M5 x 6mm slotted Phillips

NOTE: Place the parts from the loose parts bags
in a small container to keep them from being lost.
If any parts are missing, contact your local
retailer or catalog outlet for replacement before
proceeding.

3. Remove the fan motor assembly from the

protective plastic bag. Flip over the upper
syrofoam to expose a cylinder area. Set the fan
motor assembly into the cylinder area to avoid
damage to the lower light kit during assembly.

Materials

Wiring outlet box and box connectors must be of type
required by the local code. The minimum would be a
3-conductor (2-wire with ground) of size shown to the
right:

Before assembly your ceiling fan, refer to section on
proper method of wiring your fan (page 6). If you feel
you do not have enough wiring knowledge or
experience, have your fan installed by a licensed
electrician.
