Decommission (Out of Service)

7.2

Removing the Actuator from the Valve

1.

Disconnect all air supply hoses from the control module.

2.

Disconnect all electrical wirings from the Control module.

3.

Remove the bolts and nuts from the valve flange.

4.

Remove the bracket from the actuator.

5.

Remove the the Control Module. Refer to the applicable installation guide of the
mounted Control module:
QC41, QC42 or QC43: Document DOC.IG.BQC41.1.
QC40:

Document DOC.IG.BQC40.1.

QC54:

Document DOC.IG.BQC54.1.
