To configure the online directory settings:
1. Select
Settings>General>Directory
; the Directory Settings window
appears.

In the Directory Settings window, set the following options and
parameters
o
Enable Online Directory Registration
– When selected, this
checkbox activates the rest of the fields in this window and enables
the Online Directory connection registration.
o
Server Type
– Select the Online Directory server type. If you are
not sure which type to select, consult with your system administrator.
An LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) server is usually
used.
o
Server Address
– The server’s IP address. If an IP is not entered,
the following message appears: "You must enter server address in
order to continue."
o
Port
– Number of the port through which the connection to the
server is established.
o
Path
– Folder in which your user information is stored, as created
on the Online Directory.
o
Server Domain
– Server’s domain name for the Online Directory.
o
User Name
– Your user name as defined on the Online Directory
server.
o
Password
– Your access password as defined on the Online
Directory server.
3. Select
Apply
