Note:
If TF card has two or more partitions, there would be multiple paths such as
/dev/sdc1, /dev/sdc2 and /dev/sdc3 corresponding to the partitions.

Execute the following instruction to unmount the device;
$ umount /media/disk

Execute an
fdisk
instruction;
$ sudo fdisk /dev/sdc
Please make sure you type the device path for the whole device, not one of
the partitions such as /dev/sdc1 or /dev/sdc2;

After executing the above instruction, type
p
to print the
partition records of the device as shown below;
Command (m for help):
[ p ]
Disk /dev/sdc: 2021 MB, 2021654528 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 245 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sdc1 * 1 246 c W95 FAT32
(LBA)
Partition 1 has different physical/logical endings:
phys=(244, 254, 63) logical=(245, 200, 19)
Write down the total bytes shown in the above information, for example
2021654528 bytes, and then type
d
to delete all the partitions;

in the above table, please go though the
following steps to recover the TF card;

Type the letters as shown in the following table to set Heads
and Sectors;
