Der Hersteller gewährleistet auf diesen EMPHASER EBR-T4
Gehäusesubwoofer für den Fall von Material- oder Herstellungsfehlern
zwei Jahre Garantie, geltend ab dem Kaufdatum in Fachhandel.
Garantie-Ansprüche können nur mit einer korrekt und vollständig
ausgefüllten Garantie-Karte zusammen mit dem Original-Kaufbeleg
geltend gemacht werden.
Sollten Sie für Ihren EBR-T4 Garantie-Leistungen beanspruchen,
wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an den Händler, bei dem Sie das Gerät
gekauft haben. Bitte senden Sie keine Geräte an EMPHASER Inc.
U.S.A. Bei Schwierigkeiten, ein geeignetes EMPHASER Service-
Center zu finden, erhalten Sie bei Ihrem jeweiligen Landes-Vertrieb
weitere Informationen.
Nicht unter die Garantiegewährleistung fallen Schäden infolge von:
1. Überlastung des Lautsprechers durch zu hohe oder verzerrte
Verstärkerleistung (Clipping) etc.
2. schädliche Einwirkung von übermäßiger Feuchtigkeit, Flüs-
sigkeiten, Hitze, Sonneneinstrahlung oder übermäßiger Ver-
schmutzung.
3. mechanischer Beschädigung durch Unfall, Fall oder Stoss; oder
Schäden durch nicht autorisierte Reparaturversuche, bzw. nicht
durch den Hersteller ausdrücklich autorisierte Modifikationen.
Die Garantie dieses Produkts bleibt in jedem Fall auf die Reparatur
bzw. den Ersatz (Entscheidung beim Hersteller) des jeweiligen
EMPHASER-Produkts beschränkt. Schäden durch unsachgemäße
Verpackung oder Transportschäden werden nicht durch diese
Garantie gedeckt. Jeder über diese Garantie-Erklärung hinaus-
gehende Anspruch und jede Haftung für direkte oder indirekte
Folgeschäden werden ausdrücklich abgelehnt.
LIMITED WARRANTY: 24 MONTHS
EMPHASER Inc., Wyoming, Michigan USA warrants this EBR-T4
subwoofer system and it’s parts to be free of defects in materials
and workmanship for TWO YEARS from the date of purchase at
retail, contingent upon being properly set up and approved by an
authorized EMPHASER dealer.
EMPHASER Inc. will at its own discretion repair or replace any
mechanically defective loudspeaker during this warranty period.
Should your EMPHASER EBR-T4 subwoofer – or parts of it – require
warranty service, please return it to the retailer from whom it was
purchased. Please do not send any product to EMPHASER Inc.,
Wyoming, Michigan USA. Should you have difficulties to find an
authorized EMPHASER service center, details are available from the
national distributor in the country of purchase.
This warranty does not cover any damage due to:
1. speaker overload due to excessive or distorted amplifier power
(clipping) etc.
2. exposure to excessive humidity, fluids, heat, direct sunrays or
excessive dirt or dust.
3. accidents or abuse, unauthorized repair attempts and
modifications not explicitly authorized by the manufacturer.
This warranty is limited to the repair or the replacement of the
defective EMPHASER product at the manufacturer´s option and
does not cover any loss during transportation, shipping costs or
any other damage caused by transport or shipment of the product.
Any other form of damage, whether incidential, consequential or
otherwise is not covered by this warranty either.
