Safety during maintenance
WARNING!
• Unplug the product before maintenance.
• Do not touch the power plug or the product when your hands are wet, as this may result in electrical
shock.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the
manufacturer or its service agent.
• Do not disassemble the product.
• Do not replace the batteries yourself. Contact the manufacturer's after-sales service department. Use of
wrong batteries may cause a safety accident.
Safety during operation
WARNING!
• Only use the adapter, batteries and charging dock that are provided with this product. Failure to do so
may result in damage to the product, electrical shock, or fire caused by high voltage.
• The product must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the
product.
• Do not place the product near fire or flammable/explosive/corrosive materials.
WARNING!
• Do not use this product in a suspended place without a protective fence to prevent the product from falling
accidentally, which may result in personal injury.
• Prevent clothing or any part of your body (hair, fingers, etc.) from getting caught in the brush or wheel of
the vacuum cleaner. Failure to do so may result in personal injury.
WARNING!
If the batteries leak, prevent contact of the liquid with skin or clothing. Immediately wipe the liquid with a dry
cloth. Do not discard the batteries. Send the batteries to a recycling station or a designated maintenance
provider, see section "Disposal", page 8.
CAUTION!
• Do not use this product to suck in sharp objects (for example shattered glass and nails).
• Do not use this product in a wet, flammable, explosive or corrosive environment.
• Do not use the mopping function on a carpet.
• Prevent the suction of water, oil or other liquids, which may damage the vacuum cleaner.
• Arrange scattered wires on the floor before use. Scattered wire on the floor may affect the normal
operation of the vacuum cleaner.
• Remove fragile objects before use.
CAUTION!
• Position the charging dock against a wall on a flat floor. Failure to do so may affect the product's
functionality.
• Moving the charging dock when the vacuum cleaner is operating will affect the normal recharging of the
product.
• Unplug the charging dock if it remains unused for a long time.
