
3. The warranty covers defects that occurred during the warranty period and were latent defects that ap-
peared during this period. Under this warranty, the warranty provider will be obliged to remove any such
physical defects.
4. A warranty repair may only be carried out based on a valid and original proof of purchase of the product
(invoice, bill, receipt).
5. Any defects revealed during the warranty period will be removed free of charge, within a period not ex-
ceeding 14 days from the date of receiving the defective appliance.
6. In special cases where it is necessary to import any parts indispensable for making the repair from abroad,
the deadline will be extended to 35 days of which the buyer will be notified in writing. If this is the case, the
warranty period will be automatically extended by the time required to complete the repair. A warranty
repair shall be understood as carrying our specialist operations appropriate for removing the defect cov-
ered by the warranty.

8. Shipping costs within the territory of Poland will be borne by the warranty provider.
9. The Claimant will entitled to have the appliance replaced with a new one in the event that the Warranty
Provider states in writing that it is impossible to remove the defect.
10. Any rights under this warranty can only be exercised subject to producing a valid proof of purchase by the
user.
With regard to the Claimant’s exercise of any rights under this warranty, pursuant to art. 13(1) and (2) of
the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27th April 2016, we inform that:
1) the administrator of your personal data is ELPE Elektroprodukt sp.zo.o. with its registered seat in Kraków,
ul. Tadeusza Śliwiaka 16, postcode 30-797;
2) your personal data will be processed for the purpose of handling any warranty and/or post-warranty ser-
vices with regard to the products purchase, pursuant to art.6(1)(a/b/c/f) of the General Data Protection
Regulation. Legal basis: art. 577§1, 577¹,580§2 of the Civil Code;
3) your personal data will be stored until the completion of the complaint procedure;
4) you have the right to access the content of your personal data as well as the right to correct or delete them,
to restrict their processing, the right to transfer your data, the right to make objection, the right to withdraw
consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
5) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the GIODO (Inspector General for the Protection of Personal
Data) when you feel that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the Gen-
eral Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27th April, 2016.
The following will not be covered by the warranty:
• Defects resulting from incorrect installation and connection of the appliance.
• Damages due to improper operation.
This warranty becomes null and void:
• as a result of failure to observe the installation and operation manual;
• as a result of any unauthorised modifications made to the appliance by the user.
• as a result of tampering inside the appliance by unauthorised persons.
• in the event of fitting non-original spare parts;
• in the event of deliberate damage to the appliance (the surface, heating elements, plug, supply cord, ther-
mostat, etc.).
When delivered for warranty repair, the appliance should be clean, packed in a cardboard box or otherwise
protected against damage in transport. In the event that the repair is not considered by the warranty provider
to be a warranty repair, the cost of transport will be borne by the user. The cost of repairs not covered by the
warranty will be borne by the user following a consultation or written notification from the warranty provid

er. The user is obliged to provide a telephone contact and a return address – please, include this information
inside the packaging together with the proof of purchase.
