Adjusting the Check Spring Stroke

Check spring stroke is not necessary to adjust
under normal conditions.
However, you need to adjust the stroke of the
check spring when it is replaced.

1. Loosen the setscrew. Move the adjuster up or

down so the distance between the top of the
check spring and the bottom side of the thread
guide pin is 7 mm.

For a longer stroke, move the adjuster down.
For a shorter stroke, move the adjuster up.
