A Board Return Procedure

Before putting the A board in box, make sure the board
is packaged nicely in a bubble bag, serial number of the
machine must be included.

Call Sales Dept at 1-800-631-0183 ext 771 to obtain a
Return Authorization number to send back the board (s)
for credit.

Elna will fax or email you a prepaid UPS return label

Upon receiving the parcel, a credit will be processed
and applied to your account
