4.3 Lowering the Speed
We can see from the graph that the system vibrates at low and zero speeds.
This is due to a delay in the information caused by the sensor at low speed. The
velocity loop should not be closed at a bandwidth greater than V/10.
1000 cnt/sec will give a maximum bandwidth of 100Hz
Once the velocity bandwidth is reduced, we should also reduce the position
bandwidth.
