After you have entered the serial numbers for all of the
handsets you can exit the menu by pressing the menu
key.
You must also input this internal phone number for
channel 0 of the master handset. This number is then
shown in the display when you switch the master hand-
set off and then back on.
Enrolling other handsets
You can enroll (log on) the other new handsets at the
base station after the serial numbers for the units have
been entered in the system using the master handset.
The procedure for the handsets is the same as the one
used for the master handset (see page 5).
Automatic and manual system selection
Each handset can be enrolled at up to 4 base stations;
for example: at several elmeg DECT300 systems in your
company and in your private quarters. Changeover bet-
ween these systems can be performed either automati-
cally or manually. When the automatic changeover mode
is activated, the system with the best reception is always
selected.
