1 GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 General warnings

The appliance is not designed to be used in environments with a potentially explosive atmosphere.

This manual is an integral part of the product; make sure that it is always kept with the appliance, even in the
case of sale/transfer to another owner, so it can be consulted by the user or by the staff authorised to carry out
maintenance and repairs. Read this manual thoroughly before using the appliance in order to ensure operation-
al safety.

In the event of doubts concerning the conditions and/or working of the appliance or its parts, the local distrib-
utor should be contacted for further information.

Only use original spare parts or ones approved by the manufacturer in order to avoid damage to the product.
–
In the event of damage to the packaging of the goods, inform the courier and the product supplier of the prob-
lem immediately.
–
Carry out the operating tests on the appliance and inform the supplier of the product of any anomalies or run-
ning defects found.
1.2 Restrictions

Do not open the door of the boiler when it is in use.

Do not store inflammable materials close to the burner, to minimise the risk of fire.

Do not leave the appliance exposed to the weather.

Do not install the appliance onto heat generators (boilers, water heaters) situated in places which are poorly
ventilated or are very damp. The vents in the building must be sufficiently large to guarantee complete com-
bustion.

Do not touch the appliance with parts of the body which are wet, or damp and/or with bare feet.
–
The appliance must not be used by children or by people who are inexperienced.

The burners B-Home Round 25 and B-Essential Round 50 are in compliance with European directives:

TRANSPORTATION OF THE BOILER
The boiler is packed in bubble film and a cardboard box. Always transport,
load and unload the boiler carefully, ensure the safety of the product and the
people and objects near it. Use a forklift of appropriate capacity for loading
and unloading the boiler (the gross weight of the boiler is included in the
technical specifications). During lifting, ensure stability by paying attention to
the center of gravity located in the upper part of the boiler. Before removing
the packaging material, check the integrity of the boiler package. Notify your
dealer in case of any issues Collect the packaging material (cardboard, poly-
styrene, etc.) and dispose of it selectively, according to the applicable regula-
tions. After removing the packaging material, install the boiler in the boiler
house built according to the rules in the operating instruction.
FLUE EXHAUST
The chimney and chimney-connection must be built according to the appli-
cable regulations and standards.
According to the applicable technical standards, the chimney must have suf-
ficient draught.
Unfit or incorrectly sized chimneys or flue channels can have a negative af-
fect on general combustion parameters and might cause condensation, flue
backflow, reduced efficiency and higher
emission. It is dangerous
The right chimney draught value is in the operating instruction of the pel-
let boiler. If, with a burner operating at maximum power, chimney draught is
higher than the value mentioned above, then always use a secondary air flap.
The boiler must be connected with a heating pipe of the right size (max. 3
metres long from the boiler to the chimney connection and less then 2 mm
wall thickness) to a chimney of the right size. The useful height of the chim-
ney must be calculated from the flue pipe connection.
It is forbidden to connect the boiler to a flue pipe or chimney with a diameter
smaller than that of the flue outlet
