1 GENERAL INFORMATION

The appliance is not designed to be used in environments with a potentially explosive atmosphere.

This manual is an integral part of the product; make sure that it is always kept with the appliance, even in the
case of sale/transfer to another owner, so it can be consulted by the user or by the staff authorised to carry out
maintenance and repairs. Read this manual thoroughly before using the appliance in order to ensure operation-
al safety.
–
In the event of doubts concerning the conditions and/or working of the appliance or its parts, the local distrib-
utor should be contacted for further information.
–
Only use original spare parts or ones approved by the manufacturer in order to avoid damage to the product.
–
In the event of damage to the packaging of the goods, inform the courier and the product supplier of the prob-
lem immediately.
–
Carry out the operating tests on the appliance and inform the supplier of the product of any anomalies or run-
ning defects found.

Do not open the door of the boiler when it is in use.

Do not store inflammable materials close to the burner, to minimise the risk of fire.

Do not leave the appliance exposed to the weather.

Do not install the appliance onto heat generators (boilers, water heaters) situated in places which are poorly
ventilated or are very damp. The vents in the building must be sufficiently large to guarantee complete com-
bustion.
–
Do not touch the appliance with parts of the body which are wet, or damp and/or with bare feet.
–
The appliance must not be used by children or by people who are inexperienced.

SAFETY
GENERAL WARNINGS
WHEN OPERATING THE BOILER, PLEASE ACT WITH UTMOST CARE,
WITH SPECIAL REGARD TO THE FOLLOWING CASES:
• Do not come near and touch the flue exhaust pipes: BURN HAZARD
• Do not clean the boiler while it is operating. ACCIDENT HAZARD
• Each time, before you turn on the boiler, check the electrical connections
an the proper functioning of the heat sensors.
• Do not open the boiler door when the pellet burner is turned on.
• Do not remove the ash when the burner is turned on
• Do not let children or animals come near the boiler
• During operation, the external boiler surfaces might get hot
TO PROPERLY USE THE PELLET BUNER, APPLY THE FOLLOWING MEA-
SURES:
• Ensure its regular maintenance with the boiler turned off.
• If you identify and operational defects, do not use the device until proper
• troubleshooting.
• Pouring water into the device is forbidden and implies an explosion haz-
ard, even in case of a fire.
• When turning off the pellet burner, wait until the shutdown process
ends and disconnect it from the electrical network only afterwards
• Do not use the boiler as a kiln
• Before any work, please check whether the combustion chamber and the
ash have cooled down and you have disconnected the device from the
electrical network.
• Although the handles of the boiler doors are fitted with thermo-resistant
coating, it is recommended to wear protective gloves.
• Use parts and spare parts recommended by the manufacturer only.
• Do not open the boiler door during the operation of the pellet burner.
• If you detect any condensation, search for the root cause. Check whether
the device has been installed and operated properly.
• Remove the combustion product from the ash container.
