When you contact ELLWEE (manufacturer or retailer), please have all the information on your vehicle at hand.
You will find the details on the product identification plaque on the vehicle, which displays the following details:
Manufacturer's name and address
Ce marking
Mfg. (e.g.2018xxxx). manufacturing date
V.I.N: (e.g.YW9018xxx) vehicle identification number/chassi number.
Serial number (e.g.c201701-xxx).
WMI code (e.g.YW9-018). manufacturers id number
Gross vehicle mass: (e.g. 320 kg/705 lb.). included driver and accessories mounted on vehicle, excluded trailer or
similar.
