Procedure for Cleaning TrackSense
®
LyoPro Data Loggers
If any corrosion is present near the battery contacts, verify that no leaking is
occurring. Lightly clean the contacts with a cotton swap and alcohol. Change
the o-ring if necessary. Let the area dry before placing the battery in the data
logger.
6.1.6.
Procedure for Changing the Data Logger O-Ring
The TrackSense LyoPro data logger contains one o-ring, which is located at the
battery compartment lid. The o-ring should be inspected and if needed
replaced with every battery change. Apply a light coat of grease to the o-ring.
Be careful and keep the grease away from any battery contacts.

Extended Warranty
Ellab offers an extended warranty on all new TrackSense LyoPro data loggers.
The extension is from 2 to 5 years. The warranty needs to be purchased
together with the data logger. Please contact your local Ellab sales
representative for pricing.

Thermocouple Sensor

Proper Use

Never use the sensor outside the measuring range
•
Only use the special screwdriver provided by Ellab to remove
sensor from the data logger. Never use any other tools as this
can damage the screw terminals
•
Any data logger/sensor with recurring problems should be
returned to Ellab for service
