3.1 Using the keypad
Four-digit user codes must be set on the system to use the KP600 radio keypad. Enter the user code followed by one
of the 3 scene activation buttons, generally associated with the total arming, partial arming, disarming commands.
If there are no faults, the system status LED indicates that the status has changed.
Press buttons 1 and 3 at the same time, if enabled in the keypad configuration, to trigger a panic alarm.

Press buttons 7 and 9 at the same time, if enabled, to trigger an emergency alarm.

4.1 Using the reader
Approach the key close to the reader and wait until the red LED flashes and a beep sounds. Keep the key close to
the reader until the green LED corresponding to the scenario you want to activate lights up, then remove the key. The
scenario will be activated. If the key is not valid, the four green LEDs and the red LED will flash for as long as the key
is in front of the reader.
The green LEDs indicate the status of the sectors assigned to the LEDs:
• LED on : all sectors associated with the LED are switched armed
• LED off : all sectors associated with the LED are switched disarmed
• LED flashing
: some sectors associated with the LED are armed
If sectors are armed (system partially or totally armed) and the function is configured on the control panel, approaching
the button to the reader will disarm all the sectors (total disarming).

6. MANAGEMENT WITH THE “ MY ELKRON KEY ” APP
The MEDEA control panels, using Elkron Cloud, allow remote management of the system using a smartphone or a
tablet. The control panel must have a network connection with internet access using the LAN cable, WiFi interface or
fast GSM data connection.
The MY ELKRON KEY app can be downloaded from the Play Store for devices with Android
operating system version 6.0 or higher and from the App Store for iOS devices with version
10.0 or higher.
The App installation guide can be downloaded from www.elkron.com
The user is prompted to register on Elkron Cloud when starting the App. To associate your
system, enter the UID or frame the QR code on the label of the control panel and on the copy
provided by the installer with the camera of the device.
