Bell box can also be used alone without a control unit as a Local Emergency Alarm System. Make sure
that Dip Switch 5 is ON for Stand-Alone operation.
•
Programming (Stand-alone usage):
Step 1.
Remove all batteries form the Bell box. Slide Dip Switch 5 up to ON position for standalone
Mode.
Step 2.
Insert the batteries and slide the Power Switch to ON position.
Step 3.
Slide Dip Switch 1 up to ON position. The Bell Box will emit one short beep with LED #1 and
#3 flash once. The Bell box is now in learning mode.
Step 4.
Press the test button on the desired devices and the Bell Box will emit one short beep with
LED #1 and #3 flash once.
Note:
o
A maximum of 10 devices can be added to the system.
o
The following sensors can be learnt in the Bell Box: Remote Controller (RC), Door Contact (DC),
Water Sensor (WS), PIR Motion Sensor (IR), Smoke Detector (SD), Carbon Monoxide Detector
(CO), Glass Detector (GL), Wrist Transmitter (WTR-), etc.
Step 6.
Follow the learning procedure for each device to learn into the system. If the device is learnt-
in successfully, the Bell box LED #1 and #3 will flash once and emit one short beep.
Step 7.
Slide Dip Switch 1 down to OFF position. A single flash of LED #2 indicates that the user has
exited programming menu successfully.
Step 8.
Set Dip Switch 3&4 for your desired alarm period.
Step 9.
Follow the “Installing Bell box” procedure to affix it on the desired place.
Note:
o
The standalone Bell Box system can be armed / disarmed by Remote Controller.
o
When a Bell Box is used as a stand-alone, a previously learnt Remote Controller is able to serve
as a master control. This Dual Key function is designed to enter Learn Mode without opening the
Bell Box lid and triggering Tamper.
Note:
RC200 is to be used with HP200.
Step 1.
Press both HOME ARM + PANIC buttons on the Remote Controller to enter the Bell Box’s
Learn Mode. Bell Box’s LED #1& #3 will flash once along with a beep to confirm.
Step 2.
Press the learn button on the new device/sensor. (Please refer the step 5 & 6 above)
Step 3.
Press DISARM button to exit Learn Mode. The Bell Box’s LED #2 will flash once to confirm.

master control. This Dual Key function is designed to disable Tamper before changing the batteries.
Note:
RC200 is to be used with HP200.
Step 1.
Press both ARM + HOME ARM buttons to disable Tamper. The Bell Box will beep once ton
confirm.
Step 2.
Refer to section “Changing Battery” and follow Steps 2-9.
Step 3.
Press both ARM + PANIC buttons to enable Tamper. The Bell Box will beep once to confirm.

Step 1.
Remove batteries from the Bell Box. Slide Dip Switch 6 to ON position then re-insert
batteries.
Step 2.
The three LEDs should light one cycle.
Step 3.
Slide Dip switch 6 back to OFF position to return to normal mode. The reset procedure is
completed.
