FITTING THE
HYDROMAG UNIT
• 45 mm Diameter resistance unit assembly.
• Follow the instructions in the frame’s
manual to mount the unit to the frame.
• Attach the resistance unit shift lever to the
handlebar, preferably near the stem. Make
sure the shift cable is routed so that it won’t
interfere with the spinning rear wheel or
crank (Fig. 1).
• If the handlebar diameter is such that the
clamp of the remote regulation shift cannot be
tightened, either one or both of the rubber
linings on the clamp may be removed, allowing
it to be adapted to larger diameters (Fig. 2).
• Now you may begin training. Resistance
can be adjusted from a minimum (value 1) to
a maximum (value 5).
BICYCLE REMOVAL
• Remove the remote regulation shifter
from the handlebar.
