15.2.7 V/L - VOR / LOCALIZER Approach Mode
Normal prior conitions are:
• AP Roll channel “ON”
• CPL “ON”
• F/D “ON” if desired
• Navigation receiver tuned to the desired VOR station
• HSI course pointer set on the desired course
• VOR and HSI signals valid
Pressing the V/L button on the mode controller with the NAV receiver tuned to a VOR frequency,
engages the VOR / APPROACH mode.
