This section covers some of the issues that could occur with your Micra, and provides the troubleshooting
steps to help you to resolve the issue yourself.
When troubleshooting doesn’t resolve your issue, please call your local ELGA LabWater representative
(See Section 8 - Useful Contact Details).
WARNING! ALWAYS ENSURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY IS
ISOLATED BEFORE WORKING INSIDE Micra.
DISPLAY RECOMMENDED ACTION
NO LIGHT
Check power supply connection, turn the system on.
If the system does not react, contact technical support.
GREEN LIGHT ON
None – the system is working correctly.
GREEN and RED LIGHT ON
The water quality is below the setpoint.
Change the Purification Cartridge, 10 Micron Depth Filter and
Carbon Filter.
RED LIGHT ON - continuous
Check if the Purification Cartridge is fitted in correctly
RED LIGHT ON – flashing
Purification Cartridge/10 Micron Depth Filter/Carbon Filter
nearing expiry date.
