12.7 Preserving

WARNING!
Risk of burns and damage to
the appliance.
• Use only preserve jars of the same
dimensions available on the market.
• Put no more than six half-liter
preserve jars on the baking tray.
• Fill the jars evenly, leaving 1 cm of air
on the top of each jar. Leave the lids
on the top without closing them
hermetically.
• The jars cannot touch each other.
• Put 1/2 liter of water into the baking
tray and 1/4 liter of water into the
cavity embossment to give sufficient
moisture in the oven.
• Select the function PlusSteam and set
the right temperature, basing on the
table below.
• Jars can be closed hermetically only
when the function is off.
