Technical equipment

6.1

Fan running on function

The appliances switch on automatically as soon as the baking oven is started. After having
switched off the baking oven, the cooling fan continues to operate in order to cool down the
appliance.

Important: All appliances of this series are provided with this running on function.

The fan after-running is controlled electronically with all appliances. In appliances with pyrolysis, a
resistor is installed additionally (figure 1). The resistor is bypassed during the pyrolysis operation.
Because of this the cross-flow fan is running at an increased speed, as long as the function is in
operation.
