Calibrating the level detector

The level detector is at the left-hand end of the circuit
board. Both zero level and mid position must be
calibrated. Potentiometers P2 and P3 are used for
these adjustments.

IMPORTANT

Do not adjust potentiometer P4. It is used for
factory adjustments only.

Adjust the zero level before the mid level.

Zero level adjustment

•

Make sure there is no water in the drum.

•

Set the service switch to position 4, Service
program

•

Disconnect the tube from the level detector.

•

Read off the level on the display (bottom row, left).
The reading must be between 0 and 4.

•

If necessary, adjust with potentiometer P2.

Mid-level adjustment

•

Connect a pressure of 300 mm water gauge to the
level detector. See example below.

•

Read off the level on the display (bottom row). The
reading must be between 126-128.

•

If necessary, adjust with potentiometer P3.
