INTRODUCTION

Each oven is thoroughly checked before leaving the factory in order to ensure correct operation and
compliance with the laws in force at the time of construction.

The safety of the oven depends also on proper installation and on the fact that the user understands how to
use the oven and keep it efficient.

For this purpose it is recommended that whoever uses the oven, first read the instructions for use in order to
obtain the best cooking results.
