1. Switch on the appliance.
2. Put the point of the meat probe into the
centre of the meat.
3. Put the meat probe into the socket on the
side wall of the oven.
4. Use or in less than 5 seconds to set
the core temperature.
The display changes to the actual core
temperature.
5. Set the oven function and, if necessary,
the oven temperature.
The appliance calculates the provisional end time for the set core temperature again
and again. The display constantly shows the new provisional end time.
The meat probe must stay in the meat and in the meat probe socket during the cooking
process. While the appliance calculates the provisional end time, the display shows a square
that flashes.
6. When the meat reaches set core temperature, an audible signal sounds and the appli -
ance switches off automatically.
Use any button to stop the signal.
7. Remove the meat probe plug from the socket and remove the meat from the oven.
WARNING!
The meat probe is hot! Risk of burns! Be careful when you remove the tip and plug of the
meat probe.
8. Switch off appliance.
Changing the core temperature
1. Use again and again until the function Meat probe flashes and the display shows
the core temperature set.
2. Use or to change the core temperature.
