Instrucciones de Seguridad y Funcionamiento
Manual del Usuário
Antes de utilizar su cafetera, verifique el voltaje del aparato y de la red de energía.
Gracias por elegir Electrolux. En este manual usted encontrará todas las
informaciones necesarias para la utilización y manutención de su cafetera.
- No utilice su cafetera sin antes leer con atención el Manual del Usuario;
- Este es un producto para uso doméstico exclusivamente;
- Este producto no deberá ser utilizado por niños o personas que no conozcan sus

- Después de desembalar el producto mantenga los envoltorios fuera del alcance de los
niños;
- No prenda la cafetera con la jarra fuera de su lugar o sin antes de llenar su cámara con
agua para no comprometer su funcionamiento y vida útil;
- Mientras la cafetera esté prendida, no toque sus partes metálicas con objetos metálicos
tales como anillos, cubiertos u otros similares;
- Evite contacto y mantenga cabellos, ropas u otros objetos apartados de las partes calientes
de aparato para protegerse de accidentes;
- Para evitar choques eléctricos u otros accidentes, jamás sumerja el cable eléctrico, el
enchufe o la cafetera en el agua o cualquier otro líquido;
- Para evitar quemaduras, espere hasta que la cafetera se enfríe antes de limpiarla o
guardarla;
- Bajo ningún pretexto coloque la jarra térmica en el microondas, para evitar explosiones;
- La jarra térmica fue creada para ser usada con la cafetera y no deberá ser utilizada para
calentamiento en la cocina u horno eléctrico;
- Utilice únicamente agua fría en la cámara de su cafetera. Adicionar leche, café o azúcar
pdrá provocar daños al aparato;
- No ultrapase el indicador de nivel de agua de la cámara al llenarlo con agua, para evitar
que ocurran pérdidas;
- Utilice únicamente repuestos originales para garantizar el buen funcionamiento y aumentar
la vida útil del aparato;
- Nunca tire del cable para desenchufar la cafetera. Utilice siempre el enchufe.
- No utilice la cafetera si el cable, el enchufe u otro componente eléctrico no estuvieren en

Before using your coffee maker check, the voltage on your appliance and the
electrical network where you will be using it.
Thank you for choosing Electrolux. In this manual you will find all of the
information you need to use and care for your coffee maker.
- Before using your coffee maker, carefully read this User's Manual;
- This product is for domestic use only;
- To avoid accidents this product should not be used by children or people who are not
familiar with its use;
- After unpacking de product, keep the material out of the reach of children;
- Do not turn the coffee maker on without the carafe in place or without water in the tank, this
could compromise the proper functioning and useful life of the appliance;
- It is recommended that metal objects like rings, spoons and others, not come into contact
with the metallic parts while the coffee maker is on;
- To avoid electrical shocks or other accidents, do not immerse the electrical cord, plug or the
coffee maker itself in water or any other liquid;
- To avoid burns, wait for the product to cool before cleaning or storage;
- To avoid accidents keep hair, clothing, and other utensils away from heated parts of the
product;
- Do not place the thermal carafe inside the microwave oven under any circumstance to
avoid explosions;

- The thermal carafe was designed to be used with your coffee maker and should not be
used for reheating coffee on the stove top or in electric oven;
- Only pour cold water at room temperature into the tank. Never add sugar, coffee or milk to
the reservoir or carafe, as this can damage the product;
- To avoid leaks, do not fill the tank beyond the maximum water level (according to the water
level indicator on the tank or the carafe);
- The use of non-original accessories can impair functioning and damage to the product;
- Do not pull on the cord to unplug the coffee maker from the power outlet;
- Do not use the product with an electrical cord, plug or other components that present any
type of damage. To substitute any damaged part, go to an Authorized Electrolux Technica
Assistance establishment.
To avoid burns, never touch the warming plate of the coffeemaker while making coffee.
