I have tried tracking the PeTrack but I’m not getting any response from the device. Why?
Make sure that the device is not standby mode when you are tracking it. If the device is in standby
mode you won’t be able to track it. PeTrack automatically goes to standby mode when it is kept
still for 3 minutes. If this happens, just slightly touch the device to wake it up.

Why did I not receive the low battery alert message when my PeTrack was low in battery?
The low battery alert of PeTrack is not automatically activated when you use the device. You will
need to activate it manually before using the device. After you have fully charged the device
and have inserted the SIM card you can go ahead and activate this alert. You may follow the steps
below:
Send the following Text message to your PeTrack:
515#0000#15554443333
In place of 1 put your country code if outside the United States, then the mobile phone number of
the phone you want the alert sent to.
(Country Code + Area Code + 7 Digit Number)

What to do if i-Server App won’t let me add a device?
Make sure that the APN (Access Point Name) has been configured on the SIM card inserted in
PeTrack and double check with the SIM card provider for the correct APN if you are not sure. Data
plan should also be activated.

for the steps on how to setup the APN (Access Point Name).

What to do if i-Server App reads: “Failed to Create New Device, please check IMEI is correct”?
If you have not setup the APN (Access Point Name) of the SIM card inserted in the PeTrack
please refer to
Page 11
for the steps. If you have already set it up and still can’t add the IMEI of
PeTrack, double check with the SIM card provider for the correct APN or alternative APN. And,
make sure also that data plan is activated for that SIM card.
6.
Why the i-Server does not work?
The i-Server will not work if the APN of the inserted SIM card in PeTrack has not been setup.
Make sure that you setup the APN (follow the steps on
