WHEN THE APPLIANCE IS RUNNING IN HEATING, DEHUMIDIFYING
OR SMART MODE:

1.

If the unit works continuously more than 8 hours without reaching the desired setting it will go
into standby for a period of 30 minutes.  After the 30 minutes has elapsed, the unit will restart
with the previously used settings.

2.

When the room temperature or humidity reaches the desired level, the heating element will turn
off. The fan will continue to work for 5 minutes before the unit enters standby mode.  After a delay
of 30 minutes, the fan will then restart for 5 minutes to recirculate and sample the air.

HEATING MODE:

If the room temperature has dropped to at least 1ºC below the desired level, the

unit will restart operation.

DEHUMIDIFYING MODES:

If the humidity of the room is at least 2% above the desired level set,

the unit will restart operation.
If the conditions above are not met for the unit to restart operation, the appliance will re-enter standby
mode for another 30 minutes.

When the power button is pressed, the heating element will turn off immediately, but the fan motor
will continue to run for 5 minutes, in order to radiate the inner heat.  In order to protect the machine
do not remove the plug during the 5-minute power down process.

LAUNDRY MODE:

 When drying clothes the

dehumidifier is required to operate continuously with

maximum  water  extraction  until  the  tank  is  full,  set  the  fan  to  Turbo  mode  and  set  the  desired
humidity level to 35%-50% RH. 35% is very dry, and the unit will work until the water tank is full as
35%RH is unlikely to be achieved in a domestic environment. The louvres should be set to either
swing mode or to 45 degrees directing the airflow onto clothes / laundry. Do not place clothes directly
over the dehumidifier vents. Make sure that there are no obstructions to either the hot air exhaust
or the air inlet, for best results place the laundry within 1.5 meters of the dehumidifier.

Please  Note:

If  a  permanent  drainage  pipe is  fitted,  the  unit  will  not  stop  operation.  Setting  the

desired humidity to around 35% is good for a drying boost, on the units initial run, or in emergencies.
It  is  not  recommended  to  use  it  with  these  settings  for  normal  operation  in  a  domestic  or  office
environment over a long period of time, as the air may become uncomfortably dry.

For allowing more moisture in the air, press the humidity button to set to a higher percentage value

(e.g. 60-70%).

50-55% RH

- Recommended setting, great for domestic operation and dry storage.

60% RH

- Great for personal comfort and applications where 50% RH is considered too dry.

70% RH

 - Ideal for unoccupied properties or where an economical run is needed without the need

to go drier than 70% RH
