QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE 

 
POWER BUTTON:

 Press the power button to turn the dehumidifier on and off. 

 

 

SWING CONTROL BUTTON: 

Press once to make the louvres swing and press again 

to lock at 45 degrees, press again to lock at 90 degrees. Do not operate the unit if the 
self-opening louvers do not open when the unit is powered on.

 

 

TIMER BUTTON:

  Press the timer button before using the up and down buttons to 

adjust the duration of the timer (1-24 hrs, start / stop timer).  

 

IN POWER ON MODE:

 The number displayed will represent the number of hours the unit will run 

for before turning off. This will remain unaffected if unit goes in to defrost mode or the tank is 
emptied then reinserted.  

 
IN STANDBY MODE:

 The number displayed represents the period in hours after which the unit 

will start. To cancel the timer press the timer button again.

 

 
MODE BUTTON: 

Used to change between the 4 operating modes. 

 
SMART  MODE: 

In  smart  mode  the  target  humidity  is  set  to  50%  and  the  dehumidifier  will 

automatically determine the best fan speed and dehumidification rate according to the humidity of 
the room. The fan speed cannot be adjusted manually.  

A:

 When the ambient humidity is >65%, the fan runs at high speed, and the dehumidifier runs at 

maximum performance;

 

B: 

When the ambient humidity is between 55% and 65%, the fan runs at normal speed, and the 

dehumidifier runs in eco mode.

 

C: 

When the ambient humidity is between 50% and 55%, the fan runs at low speed (Sleep), and the 

dehumidifier runs in eco mode. 

D:

 When the ambient humidity is <50%, the fan runs at a low speed with no dehumidification and 

only circulates indoor air. 

 

HEATING MODE: 

The unit will provide heating up to the desired room temperature, which can be 

selected using the up and down buttons, this can be adjusted between 16 - 30ºC in 1ºC increments. 
The control panel will display room temperature, with the front panel displaying the humidity of the 
room. While adjusting the temperature, both displays will flash the desired temperature set. Use the 
fan speed button to adjust the fan speed and level of heating (maximum or eco-mode). 

DEHUMIDIFIER MODE:

 The unit will dehumidify until the required humidity level has been reached.  

This  can  be adjusted  using the up  and  down  buttons  between  35 

– 80% in 5% increments. The 

control  panel  will  display  current  humidity  of  the  room,  and  the  front  panel  will  display  the  room 
temperature. While adjusting the desired humidity, both displays will flash the desired humidity set. 
Use  the  fan  speed  button  to  adjust  the  fan  speed  and  level  of  dehumidifying  (maximum  or  eco-
mode). 

 

AIR PURIFIER MODE:

 No moisture will be extracted in this mode, which, when used with filters, 

will purify the air. The UV and plasma ioniser can also be used in this mode to further improve the 
quality of air processed.
