SECURITY
TRACKER
Your caravan has been fitted with a
Sure-Track tracking device which you must
activate in order for monitoring to commence.
An un-activated unit cannot be recovered if
stolen.
Activation
There are two ways to activate:
Online (preferred)
• Go to www.sure-track.co.uk and click on
‘Activate your device’
• Select “Not a Sure-Track member?
Register here” (if already registered go to
the next step):
o Select whether you want a personal
Account (the caravans is yours) or
Company Account (the caravan
belongs to a company).
o Enter your details (Please make a note
of your username and password for
future use)
o Enter Address details including a valid
email address which you are able to
check regularly for bureau alerts such
as low battery.
o Enter Invoice Address Details (use
auto fill button if details are the same)
o Enter Alarm Contact details (someone
who can be contacted in the case of an
incident) - the passwords can be the
same and a minimum of one contact is
required.
Please note a valid Mobile
Phone Number must be used.
o Review your information ensuring
everything is correct. (Click ‘back’ to
correct mistakes)
o Select ‘Confirm Account’.
• If you skipped the step above, Select
‘Customer Login’, Enter your username
and password and click ‘Login’. To
activate your Sure-Track Unit:
o Your Unit Details
• Select ‘Active Unit’ on the left hand
side.
• Enter the Sure-Track Unit Serial
Number (ST******* which is shown
on the Sure-Track Certificate which
can be found within your user
information wallet).
• Select ‘Add Another Serial Number’
if you have multiple units to activate.
• Note: You will need the ST No. and
Password whenever you contact the
Bureau. Please keep this
information confidential.
• Enter the Activation Code :- thfc82
• Read the Terms and Conditions and
tick the box at the bottom to confirm
agreement.
o Click on ‘Step 2’: Confirm Details.
• Review your information ensuring
everything is correct. Click ‘Back to
Previous Page’ to correct or edit.
• Click on: ‘Confirm Details’. This will
take you to the final screen which
confirms that your activation request
has been submitted and your unit
information is added to your account.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?:
o An email will be forwarded to the
customer’s registered email address to
confirm receipt of the activation request,
o Upon completion of the activation
request, the customer will be contacted
by Sure-track to advise of successful
activation.
By Post or Fax
You may wish to register with Sure-Track by
signing a paper-based set of terms and
conditions instead of registering online.
Please note that an email address is still
required for some bureau services. If you do
not have an email address we would
recommend you asking a friend or relative
who does have one.
Please contact Sure-Track on 01926 863 630
during normal working hours to request an
activation pack which will be despatched to
you. Once you have returned the paperwork
to Sure-Track your activation request will be
processed as normal. A SureTrack
representative will contact you the next
working day to confirm successful activation.
