You will not see a performance difference from this action unless the UltraMatrix
chassis has a power interruption. If you do not “Lock” then each time a display
accesses a source for the first time after power restore it will take up to 30 seconds
to negotiate a picture.

If you replace an HDMI device you need to re-commission the system.

The “Lock EDID” button changed to an “Unlock EDID” button when you locked it. To
re-commission the system select “Unlock EDID” then follow the Commissioning
steps from above.

Clear HDCP Keys

If you move the UltraMatrix from one project to another you will need to clear out
the HDMI processor memories.
