New wireless subinterface can be created only using interface ssid command. It's possible to pick any
free ID for a new subinterface. If interface ssid is called for an existing interface or subinterface, it
just sets ssid. Before a subinterface is created, it cannot be configured:

Each new subinterface takes AP type after creation. The type may be changed, however not all subin-
terface types are possible in multiple SSID mode. You can create up to 3 subinterfaces per interface.
However, only one station can be there. If the master interface has a station type, then no other subin-
terfaces are allowed to be created. If the master device is in AP mode, then it's possible to create one
station subinterface, and other AP subinterfaces can also be created after the station.
