Workspace Level 1 Training Workbook

Programming Soft Keys

The Board and Pad have programmable SoftKeys, or “short-cut keys”. You can program these

keys to: be another Interwrite function, load a webpage, load a document, or even a keyboard

function like delete. The Board has three programmable SoftKeys and the Pad has 19.You can

also go to

www.interwritelearning.com

to get blank paper templates for your Interwrite Pad.

Click on the

eInstruction icon

in your

system tray

Choose

Devices

, and then select the device for which you wish to set the SoftKeys.

Click on

Device Properties

Click on the

Softkeys tab

Select the softkey

you wish to change. 1-9 are

the keys along the right side of the Pad and 10-19

are on the left side.

Set the softkey

to be another Workspace tool

, Workspace Application

, a file, a website,

or a macro.

Click
