3.13 Towing
The Park Ranger is equipped with 2 towing points in
front and 2 towing points at the rear. (Picture 2+3)
When towing Park Ranger, attach the tow line to one
of the towing points in front or back (Picture 2-3)
The towing valve under the machine is used to move
the machine manually. (Picture 1)
To tow: Switch off engine. Turn valve until the lever is
in the horizontal position (open position).
Tow the machine. When you have finished towing, turn
the valve until the lever is in the vertical position. The
towing valve must be closed. If not, the machine will
not run.
Warning
Do not start the machine until the towing
valve has been closed.
Attention
When towing, there is no servo system.
Always tow the machine at low speed.
These towing points are also used for safe transport
of the Park Ranger on trailers etc.
It is allowed to tow the Park Ranger in one or both
towing point in front or back of the Park Ranger.
Be careful when towing from the rear end of the Park
Ranger - the steering is difficult.
