2.5 Changing the blade
The lawn edger blade can be changed, allowing the
operator the choice of cutting towards/away from the
machine, depending on the driving direction of the
machine relative to the lawn edge.
1. Lift the lawn edger up by pulling the joystick back.
2. Stop the machine.
3. Detach the guard by removing the wing nut under the
guard. (Picture 1)
4. Remove the bolt that holds the guard. (Picture 2)
5. Remove the end piece, pipe and guard. (Picture 2)
6. Fit the other guard on the other side of the pipe, fit the
end piece and tighten again.
7. Refit the guard.
