and folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm
width x 210 mm height). When folding, make sure you
keep the good numbering when you turn the pages of
the I/B. Don’t change the page numbering. Keep the

10. Jam
Clean and roughly cut some fruits and put them into the glass jar (2) (the maximum quantity
should not exceed 500 g). Lock the lid (1) and choose the “Jam” function. The program will
start after pressing the on/off button (9).
The fruits will be thoroughly blended without cooking, thus preserving all those significant
nutrients and flavours.
In about 4 minutes you will get a really smooth puree, as a perfect base for jam, jelly, fruit
sauces, etc.
You could also use this function to create delicious homemade peanut butter or sesame
cream. Simply fill max. 500 g baked peanuts or sesame into the jar and select the „Jam“
function. Press the on/off button (9) to get the blender working. Within 4 minutes you will get
creamy, delicious, homemade peanut butter or sesame cream.
10. Chopped
Clean and roughly cut the desired ingredients. Put a maximum of 500 g into the glass jar (2).
Lock the lid (1) and choose the “Chopped” function. The program will start after pressing the
on/off button (9).
In app. 20 seconds your food will be chopped.
11. Steam Cooked
Clean and roughly cut the desired ingredients. Depending on your taste and the desired result,
either partially or fully cover the ingredients with water. If the food is completely covered with
water, it will be cooked, while only partially covering the ingredients with water will steam cook
them!
Lock the lid (1) and select the “Steam Cooked” function. The program will start after pressing
the on/off button (9).
In about 20 minutes you will hear a beep and your food will either be cooked or steam
cooked.
To prevent burning of foods always use water or, if necessary, oil.
Tips:
The following weight indications should not be exceeded when preparing soups:
potatoes: max. 320 g
tomatoes: max. 280 g
other vegetables: je max. 30-50 g
meat or poultry (wihtout bones): max. 20-30 g
To make sure your blender will serve you for a long time, we recommend adding likely to burn
ingredients like milk, sugar, etc. to functions with cooking process only after the first phase of
heating has been completed. The subsequent mixing will prevent your food from burning.
