In about 34 minutes (depending on the temperature and amount of the ingredients) a
delicious, lactose free milk will be cooked. You will hear a beep signaling the end of the
cooking.
If you want to filter the milk, simply pour it through the provided strainer (19).
6. Herb Tea
Put the desired amount if water into the glass jar (2) and lock the lid (1). Choose “Herb Tea”
function and press the on/off button (9) to start. When the water temperature reaches 98°C
(watch temperature indication 17), carefully open the insert in the lid (1) to add your tea.
Caution
– Risk of burns
!
Hot water steam can emerge when opening the lid (1) or insert. We recommend using
oven mitts. Carefully close the insert after adding the tea.
Sugar or milk should only be added after the cooking process is finished to prevent burning of
ingredients and enhance the lifetime of your appliance.
7. Porridge
For each portion, put 60 g to 90 g whole grains and 1.5 to twice the amount of water
(depending on the desired texture) into the glass jar (2). Lock the lid (1) and choose the
“Porridge” function. After pressing the on/off switch the function will start.
The healthy porridge will be ready in about 34 minutes (depending on temperature and
amount of ingredients) and a beep will be heard.
If you like you porridge with milk or sugar, add those ingredients only after the cooking process
is finished (refer to the table below). This will help to prevent burning of food and enhances the
life spane of the multifunction blender.
8. Soup
Put some food ingredients (fruit and vegetable should be cut in moderate size) into the glass
jar (2) and add some water or broth (note the maximum capacity). Lock the lid (1), choose the
“Soup” function and press the on/off button (9) to start.
The soup will be ready in 22 minutes (depending on temperature and amount of ingredients).
If you wish to prepare your soup with milk, cream or other ingredients that could easily burn,
we recommend addings those ingredients after the cooking process is finished (refer to the
table below). This will help to prevent burning of food and enhances the life spane of the
multifunction blender.
9. Powder
Put 500 g soy beans, rice, almonds, or the like into the glass jar (2) and lock the lid (1). Choose
the “Powder” function and press the on/off button (9) to start.
In about 45 seconds you will hear a beep and your healthy, gluten-reduced powder will be
ready.
