Adjusting the handle
You can turn the handle with the control switch
freely for better handling.
1. Remove blade and blade holder according
to instructions (see Chapters 7.1.1, Abb.
24 and Abb. 25).

2. Clamp the trimmer with the gearbox cover
(1) in the vice (2) so that you can reach the
locknut (3) with the open-end wrench.

5. Tighten the locknut (3)
5. Handling
The trimmer must be guided over the piece of
meat, started, and moved over the surface in a
smooth, gliding movement. The other hand
holds and supports the piece of meat. The
trimmer must always be moved away from the
supporting, holding hand.
The rotating blade cuts under the meat and
pulls it over the knife.
ATTENTION
Read the operating manual and
connect the trimmer correctly before
turning on!
CAUTION
Machine damage and danger to
third parties due to improper
use!
Use the machine correctly.
WARNING
Risk of injury!
Keep your hand away from the
rotating blade in the tool head when
working with the trimmer!
Wear a cut-resistant chain-mesh
glove on the supporting hand (the
one holding the meat)!
5.1 Turning on the electric motor
The electric motor is ready for use and has been
correctly connected to the power supply. See
Chapter 4 "Connection and Startup".
