Operating Instructions
Control Panel Overview
On / Off Button
Press the button once to manually turn the unit on. Press once more to turn
the unit off.

Button
In COOL, press the

button to decrease or increase the temperature
by 1° degree Fahrenheit. Continue to press to get to desired temperature.
Mode Button
Press the MODE button to cycle between modes: COOL
DRY
FAN.
COOL
: The cool indicator light will be bright. The display will show the set
temperature (61
°
F
– 86
°
F).
DRY
: The dehumidify indicator will be bright. The display will be blank.
FAN
: The fan indicator light will be bright. The display will be blank.
Remember that the exhaust hose and window kit must be installed when the
unit is in Cool or Dry Mode.
Fan Speed
When the unit is running in Cool or Fan mode, press the
/
arrow
buttons to select the fan speed desired. There are 4 fan settings, High,
Middle, Low, and Auto.
Water Full
When the unit is in Cool or Dry mode condensation will drain to the water
reservoir. When the water tank is full a buzzer will sound eight times
indicating that the tank needs to be emptied
. An error code “H8” will also
display on the LED screen. Please follow the instructions on how to drain on
page 11.
Note: This unit has 2-Way directional louvers that move up and down. Once the unit is powered
on the louvers will open to allow air flow. The remote will allow you to adjust the louver settings
while the unit is in use. Once the unit is powered off the louvers will close.
