INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Attach the side handles (5) to the front handle
(12) using 2 M5 screws.
Attach the computer to the front handle using 2
ST 4.2×12 screws.
Tighten all screws and nuts.
Use
Stand carefully on the treadmill’s walking surface
and grip the handles. Start to walk. Try to
maintain a constant speed as much as possible.
Gradually reduce the speed before stopping.
Using the computer
The computer comes on when you start walking
on the treadmill. It switches off automatically
when the treadmill has been inactive for several
minutes.
Press the MODE button to choose between the
following functions:
SCAN
Alternates automatically between the various
display modes.
SPEED
Shows the speed you are walking.
DIST
Show the total distance you have covered for all
traning sessions.
TIME
Shows the time you have been walking.
CAL
Shows your kcal burning level.
ODO
Shows the distance you have covered for the
actual training session.
Heart symbol
Shows your pulse rate. Remember to keep both
hands over the sensors on the handlebars. The
numbers are for guidance only.
Press the SET button to set the time or distance
you want to walk or the number of calories you
want to burn.
Press and hold the RESET button to reset the
computer.
